  • Totally upset with my experience here, it was the same last year when I asked for a tune up. I went in today and they basically flat out refused to help me check my right brake when I asked them to check into it, words like "it's physics" and other things as stupid as "plastic bends" were used same with "see how short this cord is?" I don't need to hear that! I've been riding bicycles my whole life till recently and even with the right sprocket adjustment I could tell something inside the brake handle was stripped and it would go loose again thus causing the huge slip....What the hell is wrong with these people?? Don't they want to make money? If I go into a tire shop and say, "I want these tires changed" they don't say, "oh your tires are still fine for another year" No they are all to ready to milk you for every dollar you got. What do these people think I am? A pauper?? Had the same experience last year , just awful...wasn't like this 12 years ago when I first had my bike serviced there....These people need to wake up!!
