| - WOW! I'm so incredibly impressed with the customer service of this place! I went in for my regular brazilian on Wednesday and unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I really enjoyed the company and conversation with my waxer, however the waxing service was not as enjoyable... I went in at my recommended 3 week mark, but my hair was just not wanting to come out! My waxer waxed over the same area multiple times to try to get as much as she could, but I still ended up leaving with about 40% of my hair left. My skin was red, extremely sore, and it eventually broke out pretty badly the next day. :( I was bummed that I had paid full price for this service, and decided to call them. The store manager, Megan, answered and told me about their "5 day performance policy", and said I could come back and get a touch up within 5 days. I expressed my concern that I would probably still be broken out by then. She understood my hesitation and offered my next waxing free of charge! The following day, Megan called me to check up on me and asked if I would be willing to come in to have a consult with their waxing trainer, Claudine, so that they could understand what happened and grow from this experience. Claudine was simply amazing. She was so knowledgable and explained in great detail how to treat the area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of thoughtfullness and concern that Megan and Claudine had for me. I can't wait for my next appointment!
