Sad to say that I will not be coming back after only two visits. The first visit was in March to get a touch up on my balayage with Nadia who was new to the salon but had over 30 years of experience in cut and colour. She did an amazing job with the colour and the price point was perfect. So I decided to go back for another touch up and also get a haircut as well this time. The colour turned out well (even though she missed a few root touch ups in the front) but my haircut did not turn out well. I went in with a lob and wanted my ends thinned out a bit. What I ended up with was a head full of staggered sharp layers that are unbalanced. My left side looks like a mullet and each layer is very distinct with no blending at all. I noticed she used both scissors and a razor but it looked alright once it was styled . I washed and styled it today like I normally do and you can really see where it failed. Not to mention the cost of my colour, which was double what it was last time for the exact same thing! The one gentleman at the front desk and the manicurist are very friendly but the rest of the staff are unprofessional. One stylist was walking around yelling at his phone trying to get directions from Siri, one was busy yelling conversations at customers and one was busy walking around playing with her cell phone. Not to mention my appointment started 20 minutes late with no apology for the tardiness.
