  • Worst customer service ever. I went to the pharmacy to pick a prescription for my newborn son and was told I had to bring the actual insurance card with me. I went home to get the card, brought it back and was told he wasn't added on the insurance yet. I provided proof (in writing) that he was added and they still refused to honor it. It took 4 employees to figure out just to run it through my wife's DOB. Two trips and about 30 minutes of waiting means I will never ever go back here.
