  • They are always out of stock. Make sure that if you buy someone a gift card here at this location, make sure its not the JCPENNY SEPHORA card. Because you wont be able to use it at a regular sephora. That was one of my issues. But the manager on duty was a total b. She didnt want to exchange a foundation my husband had gotten me because he had tossed the receipt. I had my ID, the thing was still in the box. But she just bluntly said nope. And when i was at the one in arrowhead they said yes they could do it, i just didnt have the bottle with me. Smh. This is definitely the last time i come here. This store is a disgrace to sephora. Just saying.
