  • I used to like this place because it was clean and the nail techs didn't speak in their language to each other, they spoke English. On Friday, my friend and I had an appointment for gel manicures. I had SNS on my nails that needed to be removed. The lady who did my nails saw that I had SNS and instantly rolled her eyes because she had to remove it. Then, she had the audacity to repeatedly tell me how thin my nails are and that they didn't look good. She basically guilt tripped me into cutting my nails way down on top of it. Both her and the lady who did my friends were extremely rushed. Like they HAD to be out of there by 7:00 when the place closed, even though we had an appointment. They were rough, bossy, had an attitude and didn't bother to clip our cuticles. Maybe it's just not a good idea to have an appointment an hour before they close, but in my opinion that's no excuse for crappy service. I will continue to go to Herbal Nails across the street which is just as nice, clean and they take their time.
