  • I have to say that I'm bummed to have to write this.  Something changed with this company.  The previous owner is no longer there.  Neither are the incredible team he had working with him.  Now there is someone who doesn't answer the phone. We've had him do 2 small jobs for us now and it's PAINFUL to say the least.  If you need him here Monday he'll show up on Thursday acting like he's still on time, if at ALL!  When he's on site he's good.  But once he leaves you're going to have an IMPOSSIBLE time getting in touch with him.  You'll have a better relationship with his voicemail box. This is so sad.  I don't know how people can run a business like this and stay afloat. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm furious. He's left us hanging with relatives coming for the holiday on a 1-day job that could have been done 10 days ago. All these no-call/no-shows are totally unacceptable.
