  • This was the absolute worst experience I have had ordering flowers. I chose this place because of the yelp reviews. I assume everyone else did not have to deal with Terry. She was very uninformed about the product and just not very helpful or pleasant. I placed an order for same day delivery at 9:00am and the flowers were delivered at 7:30pm. Very strange since the shop closes at 4pm and she claims the last delivery is normally 3pm. When I called the next day, Terry said 'sorry.' I am sorry that this place is so terrible and I would never order from them again.
