rev:text	Went into this salon today & the lady that did my hair was nice but did not do hat I asked her to do to my hair....not even close. I came in with photo samples of what I wanted which was a platinum blond but leave some of my old hair to use for low lights and depth but my hair ended up being very ashy. The cut is very uneven, one side is an inch shorter. Instead of fixing my hair like a professional would I was told I got want I asked for(untrue) was told the color will fade....yet I should get what I pay for that day not "eventually". I made it clear the hair was terrible and I was unhappy and not leaving until it was fixed. Endless times I was told I don't know what I'm talking about and going platinum blond would break off hair even though I've been platinum endless times before and never had an issue but because I'm a customer I don't know anything...yes I was actually told I don't know what I'm talking about. Then the manager was asked to help and I can NOT believe the nerve of this lady. She was extremely rude, condescending and down right unprofessional...this lady should actually lose her license. As I was explaining what I wanted prob 10 times showed photos she just kept on smirking, making condescending remarks and a few times laughed at me. I actually told the lady to stop laughing as it was my hair and I know what I want. She kept on telling me I have no idea. She goes as far as to say "well if you want platinum blond then you're going to sigh a release because your hair is all going to break off". I told her in all my years I have gone that light I have never had issues. My hair is in healthy condition and NEVER once had issues with a high lift color. She just kept on smirking, even when I told her its not funny and to stop her laughing she actually kept on going like a sociopath would and I have studied these types of people....they have a curl in their lip and a "no bodies home" look in their eye. So the manager continues on with her ignorance making unbelievable remarks like some wicked witch from the west....truly unreal her attitude was. I get a clarifying shampoo to undo some of the ash by a sweet young girl and she was kind enough to use a wide tooth detangling comb on my hair which was great....then what do you know the manager comes out and uses a "wet" brush on my but goes aggressively from my scalp and pulls my hair. I tell her to stop and please use the comb, she actually refuses! She said no I'm using the brush that is what it as invented for (condescending again......with her smirk). I told her look it's my hair, my scalp and I prefer the comb its my choice. She kept on with her attitude and even tried twisted and manipulating the situation over on me. So I finally had enough and said I'm done with this and I walked out with wet hair. Not sure if this lady is mentally unbalanced or just an evil person but she will never get my business, my hair will grow back and I will go elsewhere and get what I wanted by someone else as I have done before in the past b4 moving back to Calgary. At the end of it all hair grows but what happened to me was completely unprofessional & I hope no one has to experience such horrible experience if they decide to go there. I have booked an appointment else where to get my hair fixed and the ugly hair cut will grow out. As for the manager she needs to learn how to treat customers a lot better or change careers..... who laughs, makes endless condescending remarks and smirks at a rightfully upset customer who got a color that they didn't want!
