  • Our dog suffered enormously because of their mistake, and so did our family. They profited from their mistake, charging us hundreds and hundreds of dollars for visits, medications and tests that were useless. Had they not made the fateful error to begin with our dog might still be alive today. They never took responsibility for that. They took our money. It will be a very lean Christmas in our house this year.
