I brought my phone into this location because it was randomly rebooting and shutting off on its own. The lady who took my phone in was nice and polite and gave me a quote of an hour ro look into it. After an hour they brought it to me with a HUGE crack in the screen that wasn't there when i brought it in. The lady told me her tech told her the crack was why my phone was having the issues. Now the screen won't come on at all. To get a replacement phone, they want me to pay the insurance deductible for damage they caused.
i have had this phone line for over 7 years, and i was with them for 5 years before under a different line. it is nice to know that kind of loyalty means nothiing anymore. It use to.
