I feel bad that I booked this for my husband and father-in-law. I knew it wasn't a nice hotel, but was just looking for something decent they could stay at that was close to Camelback Ranch for Spring Training. It was not decent - it was awful, even for two men who really don't care that much about where they stay. The woman who checked them in was very nice, but that is the only positive review to give. The peep-hole in the room was completely gone, "fixed" by shoving some masking tape in the hole. So, a nice big hole right through the door. Fun! There were two towels in the bathroom - No soap and no washcloths. There was a used q-tip though...thanks for that. The bed was made but the sheets and pillowcases did not look clean. Maybe they were, but they were just very stained and my husband said they looked oily. The TV was bolted to a wall that does not face the beds, so you couldn't sit and watch TV unless you want to stand in the middle of the room. There was a full-sized refrigerator that was on its last leg and made very loud clicks and groans constantly. My husband did eventually unplug it in the middle of the night. There was a door missing from the cabinet in the kitchen area. They didn't use that for anything, but it is just another example showing that management clearly doesn't care about fixing anything that breaks. Fortunately, my husband and FIL are good sports and got a good laugh out of how bad it was. I would have left immediately.
