I would never thought I buy a monthly membership for indoor cycling. In my life and looking forward, I wanted to loose weight and intensify my cardio. In my opinion, I thought cycling is easy. I was completely wrong. It's a challenging workout with big reward.
The pros are shoes provided, available lockers, themed rides, and available showers if you use them. They also provide cycling shoes and towels for your class. The con is the price for some people.
Each cyclists trainer has their own technique such as hills, fast RPM, or both. This facility also offers stats on yourself if you choose to participate on your overall position and personal race position. I would recommend trying Cyclebar out. I believe you can try a free class on Saturdays if you are new rider.
