  • Answers every call personally and gets back to you in a timely manner? Nope! I have never used a maid/house cleaning service and went out on a limb to give KK a whirl based solely on previous reviews. I needed professionals to reach my VERY particular level of order and cleanliness. I abhor cleaning and quite honestly I don't do a great job on my own. Last week, I reached out to them via their website on Weds.: no response. Thurs. I called the listed number: left a message with no return call. Called again Friday and finally got Kimberly on the phone. I explained my needs and requested services for the same day. She was distracted but, indicated services were available and said someone would be in contact with me between 10:30-noon then quickly ended the call saying she "was too busy". Yes, all of the above were red flags but, I persevered. The two ladies, Sofia(?) and Anna arrived within 15 minutes of calling me briefly after 10:45. They did an incredible job within 2 hours! I spot checked before they exited and overall everything looked good. I paid in cash therefore requested a receipt. I didn't receive anything that day so I phoned the company and got VM. I left a message for someone to get back to me with a receipt. No return call. I phoned again on Monday and eventually reached Kimberly and after a few hours received my receipt after ME sending her an email. BACKWARDS! I was not thrilled with the Fabulosa smell left behind and was forced to open the windows. I white gloved the ceiling blades, furniture, shelves and wall hangings: no dust! Bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom and living/dining room: spotless! 3 stars because the owner almost self sabotaged her own business from the beginning. Businesses only get 4-5 stars from me if my whole experience is exceptional start to finish. I'll give them another chance in the near future because of Sofia and Anna-thanks ladies!
