  • I rarely give 5 starts, but I could not think of a reason not to. My first time window buying, I got about 4 quotes, all pretty similar in cost, but Mario from Empire was great to deal with. He responded quickly and answered every question I had always setting my mind at easy about a big or little detail via phone call, text or email. I was a bit nervous the night before install, but it went great, the guys were hard working, clean and respectful, no issues whatsoever. I have a few more windows to replace later and will def reach out to Mario and recommend to friends, very professional and competitive.
