I visited Sweet Note on a Friday night around 9pm. There was no wait and we automatically got a seat. I've been here a couple of times so I was deciding if I should order what I normally got (Vanilla Soufflé with chocolate syrup) or try something new. In the end, I decided to get the usual order and waited for about 30 minutes or so which is the normal waiting time for the soufflé.
As usual, the soufflé came out and my initial reaction after eating it was that it tasted as if I was eating a cloud. The quality of the dessert never changes every time. The service is also very well. The waitress constantly ensures that our cups are never empty and she does not rush you to leave the restaurant. My friend and I talked for about an hour even after our dishes were cleared off of the table! The feeling I get there is a very welcoming feeling.
There will be a next time that I will be back and I will try to order something else on their menu other than their soufflé.
