  • We went here to get est.for Pfaff sewing machine repair..each time she said something different by phone...we didn't feel good about sending her machine to some guy that couldn't even give a guarantee on what we suspected the problem to be. Felt like they wanted to sell us one of her refurbished machines more than fixing this one that my mom loves. Bottomline...there's HOPE!!! We found a great repair place. It's called Brubakers..the repairman is Glenn...they are.honest reputable fair pricing. He saved moms machine and saved us money and no stress. Truly nice people to deal with. So trustworthy. The postal center wouldn't take my fed ex acct and she paid for it out of her own pocket trusting me to pay her. I was blown away by that kind of service. So nice to find a place with caring honest experts in their field. Machine being put to the test and so far it's working great!
