I think I drive a hard bargain when it comes to pastry. I never thought a croissant could have too much butter, but these do. When they are warm they are dripping with it. Sounds divine, but was actually kind of off. The kougin amann was heavenly in texture but too sweet for me. Still, I managed to eat here twice. Their raisin pastry was excellent. The space is down to earth, the staff friendly, and I respect their limited menu.
