  • Chipotle has gotten a bad rep recently for the food poisoning outbreaks in the last couple of years throughout their locations nationwide. Since moving to this neighborhood, I haven't heard of any occurrences at this location. Consumers in fact benefit from this as Chipotle has been generous with their promotions and free food. Hint: Get signed up for their emails/text messages. So worth it. Service: I've never had a bad experience with their staff. They're friendly and eager to get your order the way you want it. Food: Love it. All of it. The grilled veggies are my favorite addition to any meal. I'll usually get the burrito or bowl depending on whether I'm eating on the go. The portions are huge, and enough for my boyfriend and I to share and be satisfied. Is it the most authentic Mexican experience? Well, if you're from Canada like I am, you could be easily fooled. Since living here for a couple of years however, I know that there are better places to go for a Mexican food fix. While I'm still keeping my eyes open for the hole-in-the-walls, Chipotle is the place I'll go to when I'm hungry and want some quick Mexican food.
