| - Save your money ladies and DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL!
I had the exact same experience as Christian C. below and I wished that I had read the reviews before purchasing my living social deal!
I called four different times to schedule appointments. The first two times, I was told they were busy and could not get me in for an appointment in the upcoming week, but that I could try back another day. When I called the third time on a Friday, I asked if they had any openings that weekend and was told that they NEVER have weekend openings and I should try for a weekday. Finally, the fourth time I called, it was a Tuesday morning. I asked if they had anything that afternoon thinking they might be slow and I could get lucky that day. When she said they were completely booked, I told her this was my fourth time calling and that I was getting discouraged that they could never work me into their schedule. She cut me off mid-sentence and in a rude voice said it was probably because I was always calling for a same day appointment. I tried to calmly explain that the previous times I had called were actually for appointments a week in advance and for a weekend appointment on another occasion, but I was interrupted again!
She was extremely rude this time and said "We can either sit here and talk about why you can't seem to get an appointment or I can book one for you now, so WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO!?" This time I was angry. I couldn't believe her tone! I had been so calm with her and she was nothing but rude and unprofessional!!! I answered back that what I wanted to do was cancel my voucher because of her bad attitude. Her response? "well you have a bad attitude too". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Word of Advice- When a customer calls to say they are "discouraged" that they can't seem to get an appointment, try apologizing for how unexpectedly busy you are and offer nicely to book them for your earliest appointment!!! Don't be a complete B*&ch and yell at your customers. If you can't handle the volume of appointments, don't use living social. At this rate, your salon is going to fail anyway.
Sinking ship with a B*&ch at the helm!!!
