Poor first impression! Scheduler Elizabeth is rude. Her voicemail starts off that way. It suggest she will not return your phone call if you call more than once. Then doesn't return your call for over a week. You wonder why she has that message now. Then I finally get in touch with her and she is not cooperative nor helpful and frankly sounded irritated she had to take another call. I won't be seeing Dr. Garber but if these are the type of people working for him I don't want to. Doctors should check on their staff to see how they are really treating their patients. People are calling because they have a need to see the doctor. It's terrible to have people like this working in the patient care industry:(
