The one thing I like about this Tanger Outlets (outdoor mall) is that there is now an H&M in the West Valley!
Parking is very full in the front (closer to Glendale Ave), however there seems to be more ample parking towards the south side of the mall.
A good diverse selection of chain clothing places, but no where to grab a coffee drink or a quick bite after walking around, except Wetzels Pretzels, which had a long line. I hear that a Subway is coming soon! I bet an indie coffee place would do well here. I guess they want shoppers to go over across the parking lot to Westgate to eat?
Today, some promo ended and you'd think they would have a sufficient amount of employees staffed in the Customer Service Office to handle the crowd redeeming their coupon (the day before Thanksgiving).
Sadly, there was ONLY one gal trying to handle all the incoming calls and line of irate shoppers. The Customer Service Manager (some blonde lady) came out to make a condescending announcement (EXCUSES) to the folks in line, instead of offering a solution to get shoppers on their way or helping the one staff member. Pretty sad.
I'll probably stop back again to check out the stores. I'm impressed with how quickly they built this mall and just in time for holiday shopping.
As I walked back to my car, I wondered what it will be like to shop here in the middle of the summer months when temperatures reach 112+ degrees.
