I am basing this review on last nights food alone. Other visits to Fleming's have been fabulous. We went specifically for the Prime Rib. The Prime Rib we received was nothing like those pictured in other reviews. It was small, it was thin and had a significant amount of inedible fat. To be honest with you it looked as though it had been warmed up, not fresh. The only spice you could taste was Rosemary, no garlic, no salt, no pepper. The Au Jus was also very bland and lacked flavor. The French Onion soup, the Fleming's potatos, and the Creme Brulee dessert were delicious. We were there early, not sure if that would have played a part, but we were disappointed. Will surely go back again, as I don't believe we have ever had a better Rib Eye anywhere.
