  • Purchased a washer & dryer set from this store on 09/26/15 with the promise that it would be delivered on Thursday 10/01/15 with a promise of a call the night before for a more definite time. 09/30/15 rolls around - no call - 10/01/15 - no call - go to the store - turns out the person who took the order never put it in the system to be delivered!! They did make a $100.00 credit to my account and now the delivery is scheduled for 10/07/15 and they claim there is nothing they can do about it. Bought this set as a gift to my son on the purchase of his first home - TOTALLY ruined the experience and he's stuck going to a Laundromat his first week in his new home - I should have gone with my gut and purchased it from Lowes. Never again!
