  • I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and paying 33$/month for 24/7 access to this gym. Over the years I have seen the gym extremely busy at times, and extremely empty at times. Since it isn't the largest gym around, it can sometimes get fairly packed in there and you have to wait to use equipment. One thing I was surprised to see was that there were only 2 squat racks - one in the main area and one in the personal trainer area. I know that they got more equipment a few months ago, but imo they need a couple more squat racks. They recently renovated the men's changeroom. Repainted the lockers, did the bathroom up, and redid the steam room (which I have still yet to try after the renovation!). My biggest issue with this gym is the parking - which is fairly limited. If you go at rush hour or when there are other classes going on, you will most likely not find a parking spot and are forced to park elsewhere. This can be a pain sometimes especially in winter. Overall, this gym provides good value for the price. It's a monthly membership, there's a steam room, 2 basketball courts, a spinning room, boxing equipment, free wifi (which is flaky sometimes) and a good amount of equipment. I will continue to go here as long as I live in the Mississauga area.
