  • I used to live near this place and ever since I moved I crave it. I will end up using my entire list lunch break to drive here from work and eat in my car while I drive back. The ONLY thing I would change about this place is the order that they stack ingredients on entrĂ©es. Everyone knows that cheese goes on hot items like chips and rolled tacos FIRST and then other toppings like guacamole and sour cream. This is so the cheese will melt and provide a layer to keep moisture from toppings from seeping in to chips and other crunchy items and keep them from getting soggy. For example rolled tacos, then cheese, then guacamole. This is the only thing keeping Fiesta Burrito from a five star review. They are open late They are fast They are friendly They are clean They stack ingredients in entrĂ©es in a way that allows them to become soggy
