A five star review for Fido? wtf? The reason for me is simple. Service. When it was suggested by Fido tech support on the phone that I bring my non-working new Fido home phone into a Fido store, I didn't know what to expect. When I described the situation to the guy at the store, his first reaction was to return the phone. Since it was shipped that meant to pack it up and head to the UPS store, and then have to go back to the UPS store and pick up a replacement. Seeing my disappointment with that idea, he offered me a new SIM card. After getting home, I sorted out the problem with Fido tech help on the phone with the new SIM card and magically, the phone started working! Yippie, a home phone for $10/month.
