Took a chance on this Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian hybrid and came up a big winner. This was an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The setting is colorful, dominated by tv screens playing scenes from a far away land. The Wagyu beef dumpling starter, with pumpkin mash, was outstanding. I also enjoyed an eggplant roasted (robata) with pickled veggies. My entree was a teriyaki chicken with fried onions over purple mashed potatoes. Of special note were the ancho chile starter served with lime. Most of the peppers are mild but one of every twelve of these little beauties are red hot. It's a game to play, who gets the hot pepper? Keep in mind that these three kitchens are entirely separate and they move at their own pace. That can lead to awkward situations where the sushi eater is waiting for his entree while the Brazilian food eater is halfway through. But overall this was a unique and delicious Vegas dining experience. All Stars.
