  • Hello guys, I hope all is well with everyone. I took my daughter to Northlake Charlotte Dentistry yesterday, March 28, 2017, and I am highly disappointed... these people have no idea how to properly run a dentist office, or any business for that manner. The receptionist was nice but the check out receptionist was stank! OK, so then they take my daughter back for x-rays, and tell me that the parents usually stay in the lobby while they do so... Before I go any further, THIS OFFICE HAS A NO PARENT IN THE EXAM ROOM POLICY! (This I found out later in the visit) After my daughter finishes getting her x- rays done, they put her in an exam room, yet they don't tell me that they did and are about to send the dentist in with her. I don't know about you all, but when you are dealing with my child, I am going to be present! The x-ray is one thing, the exam is another. I digress... I ask the receptionist if the x-rays are complete, she goes to check, the stank receptionist comes to get me and says, "usually we don't let the parents and their children go back with the patient, WHAT! I thought you were a family dentistry! I gave no response, it wouldn't have been nice, so I remained silent...long story short, I won't be going back. Don't waist your time!
