  • I was sent here to get a US of abdomen done by West Valley UC because i haven't voided in 1.5 wks. I total get I was an add on and regardless i waited 2.5 hours to get The US done i was patient and understanding because i work in the medical field i get it. I have 2 stars for the Rad tech she was wonderful. Receptionists on the other hand really need to find new careers. Awful people just rude and not compassionate to patients. They complained the whole time i was there and pretty sure they complained before i got there because when i walked in to the facility i heard their conversation and it was actually about me and another walk in STAT patient. If you didn't want us coming any did you say yes??? Won't be going here again regardless of the doctor wants me coming here.
