| - The company that I work for was relocating me to the Phoenix area from Virginia, and Cityscape was the apartment community that I moved into. I lived here for 3 years, and I was a little sad to move out of the community 6 weeks ago! Amanda worked in the leasing office at the time and did an exceptional job of working with me via phone, fax, and email to help ensure my new apartment would be ready and waiting for me on the other side of the country. You can only imagine how stressful it can be to be moving 2,300 miles away to an area that you know nothing about.... she really helped to ease my mind and really came through for me and I was very happy with the "above and beyond" service that she provided.
Because I have a dog, it was important that I lived in an area that I felt safe walking around in. Even though this is not a gated community, I still felt safe being here, even walking around at night.
Working in the customer service industry, it is also important that I receive good customer service. I was a little hesitant when the original management changed, but David and Sandy still provided the same quality of service that I received when I initially moved here. Maintenance was always prompt, usually completing work orders within 1-2 days. The folks that work here always speak to you or throw their hand up whenever they see you about the property.
Also, this past spring I had a bee infestation on my balcony! I turned in a work order and within A COUPLE HOURS, a guy from a pest control company showed up in full beekeeping attire and took care of the problem. No more bees.
I would recommend this property for people that are looking for an apartment in a convenient location. I moved from Cityscape because I go home to see my elderly dog on my lunch break and needed a place a little closer to work with less traffic to deal with.
