  • I moved to Vegas the end of December of 2014. Bought my house in March 2015. Moved into my home at the end of April without any knowledge of a good and affordable handyman I could trust. I was referred to Henderson House Doctors by my real estate agent for an electrician and when Dale came to my house to do an estimate on electrical, he explained to me that he also does everything else (construction, locksmith, remodeling, plumbing, painting etc.). Dale has beautifully and professionally completed painting, installation of plumbing fixtures, glass shower doors, switched out all light switches to decor switches and 3 way switches, installed new ceiling fans, a new garbage disposal, new door locks/keyed liked. He's saved me thousands of dollars by suggesting to repair items instead of replacing with brand new items. For example: all my interior doors, incl my front door were sticking and wouldn't shut right due to the framing being off center or paint on the doors. Instead of buying all new doors, Dale suggested repairing the problem will reduce the costs by hundreds of dollars. Dale sanded down, repainted and for some installed screws to fix the problem and now all my doors close quietly and properly. Another example: I have a Farmers sink in the kitchen. The garbage disposal was on the smaller sink side. I absolutely hated it. It made no sense to me. You couldn't fit a pot or a pan in that side of the sink to wash. I was looking at purchasing a new sink but the shape of the sink was very hard to find and would cost me thousands of dollars. Also, the sink is undermounted with granite counters and would be very expensive to reinstall. Dale suggested to convert the drains to where the garbage disposal was now on the bigger sink side and it saved me a huge amount of money. Omg! What a world of a difference. I absolutely love my kitchen sink now! Now I'm in need of insulating my garage as it stays about 120 degrees all day in there. Dale is coming today to estimate the work and also estimate cabinet organizing. I'm excited! I love my house, making it my home and being able to have a reliable and responsive "all around" handyman makes it so convenient and well worth the enjoyment. Thank you Dale.
