I am a current resident of the complex and I will say two things, first of all the Maintenance Staff does a fantastic job, especially Victor and Dave. They are over worked and harried but I always see the two of them out there working. They even use their own personnel vehicles because they would prefer to get the job done than spend part of the day walking from one end of the complex to the other taking care of the other residents. When I first moved in I use to see Maintenance on Golf Carts then all of a sudden the Maintenance Staff started using their own vehicles. When I asked Damien about this he told me that they had five or six golf carts but all but the one for the leasing agents and the maintenance supervisor were broke down and nobody would spend the money to get them fixed.
I have seen all of the Maintenance Staff deal with kids that destroy property, residents that yell at and harass Maintenance and Office Staff, I have asked to speak with the Property Manager only to be told she is either busy or at another property. I have called the corporate office and been referred to Dana the Regional Manager only to talk to her and then never to hear back from her. Now I have had to endure two days without water and called the after hours emergency number and have spoken with the on call person and told to go and check with the guys working behind the office as to when water would be turned on. I understand that things happen but this is not the right way to handle things.
