  • Ube flan cupcake was good, but OMG it was almost FROZEN!!!! The pastillas cupcake....... Was extremely STALE!!!! I couldn't even bite it! I was soooooo stoked in finally trying these badboys, but I'm so disappointed. I really don't know how old these cupcakes are in there. I just wanted to cry.... Man, seriously, I've never in my life had a cupcake soooooooo HARD, DRY, and STALE in my life. I haven't tried the other products. I give them a star in keeping the Filipino desserts and pastries available and for the cool concepts for the cupcakes.... One more star because the flan was good. But overall, I would NEVER buy a cupcake there again... They're like 3.50 each, and I want to go back and get my refund... But I'm not that ghetto. Hahaha. But wow, so stale and hard... I think I chipped my tooth. Oh and customer service was whack as well.... They told me to wait, to put a whole stack of rack of bread in the oven, and NO one else was in line. This was after I waited for a few minutes while she was doing something in the back AND already had my receipt for what I wanted paid for. All she needed to do was give me my frozen and stale cupcakes, but nooooo. I wished they'd put my cupcakes in the oven, or gave me fresh cupcakes.. I wouldn't mind waiting... But omg, Come one Ates and Titas! Step your game up But omg...... The cupcakes whyyyyyyy !! I'm going to Cali to get some yema cupcakes now, now THOSE were fresh.
