  • Crowne Plaza...major fail. Why our organization decided to have our meeting here is beyond me (I'll talk to the organizer about this). Quality 0/5 - got to my room to find out dirty. I had a used soap on the bathroom counter, a towel with lipstick hung up by the tub, rubbish still in the trash cans and a used towel draped over the arm chair? The bed looked like some laid on it. Totally gross. The room was not obviously cleaned. Service 1/5 - called to complain and was offered a change of room. Then was told they were sold and cleaners would come right away. Three people showed up at my door. They walked in and said to me rudely, "what's wrong with the wrong?" I pointed out all the issues and she actually got pissed? The other girl says, "no, it's not his problem. Let's just clean it." WTF. For the poor quality and horrendous attitude of your cleaners, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Brutal.
