When you stay at the Hermosa Inn, you've got to eat! It is easy to succumb to their delicious menu. We had a few appetizers before dinner time. They had a large display of cheeses, charcuteries, roasted veggies and fruits to tickle our taste buds. Attentive bartenders prepared our various mixologies in speedy times while dinner was waiting for us. We were served a buffet of crisp salad (Caesar and mixed greens), beef sliders, grilled shrimp (chef personnally grilled each order), petits fours for dessert. It was tasty but not over the top. Another evening we were served a cow boy chow with rib eye steak, grilled chicken, several salads, grilled corn and dessert. Steak was fatty but chicken was perfect! Chicken had sublime flavors of the pecan wood grill and fresh herb. Corn tasted nice but was undercooked. They also make a mean lemon curd mini tart! Overall it was a solid 4.5 star. I've eaten there before (last year) and their regular menu was stellar, the salmon was to die for.
