  • Universal windows came out and originally quoted over $1,000 per window, plus a $400 installation fee per window. When I mentioned we paid a fraction of that for another window we had previously replaced, they all of the sudden changed that number and told me not to focus on it that they would get it a lot lower. Their bogo special only applies if you purchase 6 windows, so that isn't advertised and wasn't told to me until they arrived at our home. As another reviewer mentioned, they were not interested in meeting with just me and wanted my husband present and tried to move the appointment to the next day when HE could make a decision. Not worth meeting with this company!
