Bank was great until it was remodeled. Now it seems to cater to businesses and/or investment clients. The area for consumer banking is a joke. Sometimes there are an adequate number of tellers to accommodate and other times it's not worth the wait. I prefer the drive-thru ATM whenever possible. My biggest pet pieve...instead of having a greeter with an iPad as you walk in, wouldn't it make more sense to utilize them behind the counter and move the line along rather than wasting time making small talk out front? Just a thought for ALL BRANCHES...
