  • If you are looking for great decor and exotic flavors from a celebrity chef, then Mesa Grill is a great fit. But if you just want good food, then you won't get your money's worth. Then again, you're in the heart of Vegas when you go to the Mesa Grill at Caesar's Palace, so that shouldn't really surprise you. PROS: - Good service, great for groups (reservations are a must) - Desserts are very popular, and you can do a sampler for the table CONS: - Not a good value, but if you are looking for value, then you should be going to a buffet
