  • This may be best Mediterranean restaurant in town. I've eaten at fine Mediterranean restaurants around the globe and Hummus Factory definitely stands out. I've eaten here well over 30 times either at lunch in the restaurant or via food delivery for dinner. The food is always consistent and very well marinated. The marination is key. All food items are flavorful. My favorite item is the chicken kabob plate. The dinner portions are plentiful. Ally is a server I see often and she is always pleasant and attentive. I almost always see the owner in the kitchen working on the cooking. I imagine he works long hours and provides a lot of oversight which help insures consistent quality. If you love Mediterranean food like I do, this is a spot worth checking out.
