unsafe conditions and many code violations, and they bill for utilities based on occupancy not individually metered. no way to pay for actual usage of water and as. they refuse to have meters put in building and the online payment system is not working properly causing utility payments to not be posted or collected in a timely manor. no working intercom system causing deliveries to be left outside building or not delivered at all, no fire extinguishers in building since recent vandalism caused by no working intercom so front door left open. stuck here til 2019. just trying to hang on til my lease is up.
