  • This location is much newer and cleaner than other nearby locations. However do they not train their employees on how to make a dipped cone? Today I guess the male employee at the drive thru thought it would be a good idea to not only dip the top of the ice cream but also most of the bottom of the sugar cone and paper? I seriously was like WTF when I saw it..and almost wanted to laugh cause I thought it was a joke.. however the guy was super serious so I didn't say anything and just gobbled down the entire cone as quick as possible before all that warm chocolate melted the ice cream and made a mess in my car.
