When a mailman delivered my priority mail to the wrong address, the manager assured me that it had been delivered to my house. He promised to do everything he could to solve the dilemma. He was wrong about the delivery and didn't do anything to help.
The package showed up a few days later when a good samaritan was nice enough to drop it off...and I had lost a $1000 deal. The manager never apologized or acknowledged that his 'reliable carrier' had made a mistake. Maybe he was too busy assuring the next victim that he would do everything to help. Talk is cheap. Go to the UPS Store in Brecksville instead. It is worth it.
