  • I'm a little conflicted about my experience with A to Z Flooring. Sam had promised his guys would install at 9 am on a Saturday. I even called to confirm the day before. One guy showed up an hour late, the other guy showed up two hours late. We bought the installers lunch and gave them bottled water throughout the day. The installers vacuum broke so they had to use ours. They only had one furniture moving disc so they were not at all prepared for the day. They did not leave our house until after 6 pm. As a manager, Sam did not come by to inspect his guy's work before they left. As a matter of fact, his installers said Sam had already gone home and left at 5 pm. When we asked if we could have the leftover pieces of carpet, they provided us with a full piece, which was 12 x 12 in size, which we could carpet another whole room with! Ultimately we love the carpet we chose and the guys did a great job putting it in. The installation process was a headache!
