  • I just wanted to say I LOVE the new paved walking path with lighting too soo much!! I like how you're keeping the trees close and preserved as much as possible. It's beautiful. Resident since 2012 - This is my first place with and without a roommate(they have 2 BDRMS w/bathrooms in each room-can't compare it). I love the friendly staff, location and scenery. I'm watching this complex blossom and in a good way, HillRock Estates is def in sync with CLT. Please note this is a cultural community and a great place to nest in the Queen City.
