Do not judge this place by the pictures online - they are ridiculously inaccurate. I understand they're under construction but they start as early as 9am until 6pm...even on a Sunday. We were stuck in a room on the corner and in serious need of a nap but we didn't get much of one in because of all the noise. The room is almost hostel-esque except you get your own bathroom, closet space and shampoo, soap and towels. It's pretty bare bones and you don't get free wi-fi.
The two selling points was the fact that you can reserve an airport shuttle that literally picks you and drops you off at the door (I had an early morning flight or I would've stayed elsewhere...didn't want to walk around downtown Toronto early in the morning) and the location is very close to the Dundas subway stop. The area around it even didn't look too appealing. There was only one staff member that was knowledgeable about places to go but unfortunately she wasn't on duty the entire time we were there. You also have to put your room key in the elevator for it to work...really annoying. Good for a night stay if that. Oh, I had forgotten to put the "Do not disturb" card on our door so the maid ended up waking up my BF when he was trying to sleep. I'm sure it'll be much nicer once they finish renovations but they nickel and dime you for everything it really isn't worth it. I should've stayed at the cheaper place I was looking at before that was in a fun, lively neighborhood. Oh well, I will have to do that next time.
