  • LOVE Dr. Ketchmark. He is so kind and takes the time to answer all my dog poop questions... and my pup Emi doesn't even FLINCH when he gives her shots! He's pretty much the reason why we decided to bring our pup here for her puppy shots versus going to the humane society. on the other hand.... the front desk staff varies from sweet and kind to completely apathetic and unsmiley (i have no other words...). i haven't cared much for waiting for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.... but honestly wouldn't have minded much if the front desk had mentioned SOMETHING while we were waiting ("sorry, the doctor is running behind schedule... blah blah blah"). i also don't really appreciate being ignored while I stand at the front desk waiting to check in.... or when the front desk calls you back to the room WITHOUT saying your name... uhm, i'm sorry were you talking to me or the 2 other people in the waiting room? don't just stare at me and say "are you ready?". geez. all in all, go because of the great docs. the front desk staff could use some training on how to be more helpful and welcoming.
