I was moving to AZ and I arranged to buy a new vehicle from Courtesy before I arrived. I put down a deposit and selected the car. It wasn't until I arrived to town to purchase the car that they said the vehicle had sustained major damage in a wreck while it was a loaner vehicle and still was in the shop being fixed. The wreck happened a month before I originally contacted Courtesy about buying a car from them. I had been told the vehicle was a loaner car, but they never disclosed to me that it had been involved in a major wreck. They apologized and tried to sell me an alternative car, but at less of a deal than I originally was offered. They were not only dishonest in their communication with me, but they had the nerve to take a deposit on a car that didn't exist just to get me in the door! I took my business elsewhere. After I left they called and told me to come back to sign to get my deposit back, and that they couldn't release it without me signing....so they took my deposit over the phone but couldn't give it back over the phone? I eventually got my deposit back, but it was a totally unnecessary ordeal dealing with Courtesy Chevrolet. Go elsewhere to buy a car.
