  • I really wonder that is the deal with this dealer?...Everyone there is rude and so unhappy! They have the wrong attitude towards customers and they act like they're doing you a favor by talking to you! Don't they understand that there are other Audi dealers in the city and without customers, they will be out of business? I went shopping there for my Audi because I live very close by but with this attitude I decided to leave and got great treatment and a great deal at Cochran Audi...Also, their service department is not the best either...I gave them a second chance and took my Audi there for service and they didn't even gave my car a wash! I mean, please...this is Audi... Perhaps they should go thru training to learn how to treat customers and then do some yoga or mindful meditation to get happy!
