  • If you order the beef brisket noodle you always get more tendon than brisket and the latter tends to be less flavorful than other briskets I've had. It's not the worst, but could be better. I'm not a big fan of tendon so I don't mind a few bites but too much of it seems like you're putting a bunch of fatty beef flavored jello in your mouth. tldr: the beef brisket here is inconsistent.
